Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team at Soliant, a premier healthcare staffing company. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students and contribute to their growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
  • Support the implementation of customized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
  • Collaborate closely with educators and families to support student progress and participation in school activities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements
  • Hold an Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program.
  • Possess certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
  • Clinical experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
