Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at GPAC. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation and Treatment: Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to restore maximum function and independence for our patients.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and mentor Occupational Therapy Assistants to ensure effective execution of treatment plans and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions for our patients.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies to provide exceptional care and improve patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Licensure: Must be licensed by the State of Ohio OTPTAT Board or in the process of obtaining licensure.
