As a Client Intake Representative, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and success by screening incoming calls, onboarding new clients, and collaborating with our marketing team.

Job Description
This full-time position requires strong sales and customer service experience, as well as excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be responsible for:
* Screening incoming calls from potential clients to determine if their cases align with our firm's focus
* Collaborating with the marketing team to drive awareness initiatives and build relationships with other attorneys
* Onboarding new clients into our case management system
* Maintaining strict confidentiality for both clients and the firm

Responsibilities
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages from potential clients
* Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and retention
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns
* Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and prospects

Requirements
* 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
