Nurse Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Providence Mount St. Vincent. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and direct nursing services to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor resident health status and report any changes or concerns to the team
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics
- Degree in nursing
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- 1 year of LTC geriatric experience
- 5 Center Primary Nurse: Teaching experience
