**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Personal Development Coordinator to join our team in Middlesex County, NJ. This part-time position involves supporting adults with special abilities in various aspects of their daily lives, including daily living activities, job coaching, and transportation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist individuals with daily living activities and promote independence
  • Provide job coaching services as needed
  • Transport individuals to and from their homes, appointments, etc.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance in NJ
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work independently
