Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update renewal activities within the company database.

- Collect asset statements efficiently.

- For pooled and FBO accounts, ensure proper document storage.

- Retrieve files from websites for recordkeeper accounts.

- Upload client contributions to recordkeepers.

- Conduct follow-ups with clients regarding census submissions.

- Handle the submission of Form 8955-SSA and Form 5500.

- Process cash-out distributions for participants with balances under $5,000.

- Submit vesting uploads to recordkeepers.

Qualifications:
A formal education background, such as an associate's or bachelor's degree, is preferred but not mandatory.


Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel, is essential. The candidate should be comfortable making and receiving calls to clients and vendors.

Strong communication abilities are necessary.

Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Demonstrates a sense of ownership and accountability.

Experience in group benefits, human resources, or customer service is advantageous.
