About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Hematology Processing Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process and prepare laboratory specimens for testing
2. Routinely inspect and maintain equipment to ensure proper functioning
3. Implement corrective actions when quality control or safety issues arise
4. Maintain accurate records and reports
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality and safety goals

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous training or experience in specimen collection or processing
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of related experience in clinical laboratory, data entry, or production

Compensation:

A competitive salary ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 per year, plus a bonus structure based on performance.
