Culinary Expert

SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the Sanford International Airport located in Orlando, FL.

$15.00 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and referral bonuses.

We are seeking skilled Line Cooks who excel at preparing and presenting ordered items, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, and requisitioning and stocking food products. Responsibilities include:

• Following recipes and practicing portion control to ensure quality dishes.
• Maintaining proper setup and organization of the kitchen.
• Requisitioning and stocking all required food, paper products, and condiments.
• Handling, storing, and rotating products properly.
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment, as well as ensuring product quality through daily inventory management.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of one year experience working in a food service environment.
• A valid Food Handlers Permit, as required by law.
• Brand Certification, as required.
