Provide exceptional support for all customer inquiries, whether via phone or face-to-face, ensuring that each customer is handled with care.
Guarantee that the daily allocation of technicians' time is effectively utilized to serve customers.
Efficiently assign tasks among technicians.
Address technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company benchmarks.
Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues; procure parts and tools as needed.
Oversee the management of warranty claims and provide training and supervision for the service department.
Establish schedules and delegate responsibilities to service department personnel.
Reinforce company policies and uphold organizational standards.
Encourage adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
Foster a positive working relationship with manufacturers and promote healthy employee relations.
Collaborate with senior management on decisions regarding hiring and disciplinary actions within the service department.
