Position: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Compensation: $80-$100k annually based on experience

Work Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | Flexible hours

Job Location: London, Ohio and nearby areas

Key Qualifications for the SLP Position:

  • Current SLP License
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Willingness to travel required
  • Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
  • Dependable transportation necessary
  • Experience in home health preferred

Overview of the Speech Language Pathologist Role:

  • Conduct treatment visits, 30-day reassessments, recertifications, and discharges.
  • Travel to various facilities or residential settings to provide patient care.
  • Perform follow-up visits as needed.
  • Manage a weekly caseload of 27-32 visits (full-time).
  • Utilize a standardized electronic documentation system.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues, supervisors, clients, family members, community personnel, and administration.
