The engineering team is expanding, and they are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer who can contribute significantly from day one.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage your CNC programming expertise to create efficient programs for intricate and customized components.
  • Drive continuous improvement efforts by designing CAM templates, drafting work instructions, and refining CAM programs.
  • Apply GD&T principles throughout the manufacturing workflow.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of programming, tool selection, and machining methodologies.
  • Resolve production challenges by collaborating with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams to enhance manufacturability.
  • Engage in effective communication with operators, engineers, and team leaders.
Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant experience in manufacturing can be considered.
  • Proficient in Mastercam programming.
  • Familiarity with SolidWorks and Vericut software is advantageous.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and collaborate with various teams on-site.
  • Experience with composite materials is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, based on experience.
  • Three weeks of paid time off and nine company holidays.
