About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Engineer to join our team at HOK Group, Inc. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of large building projects, including managing and mentoring the team of engineers in a particular discipline on the project, developing concepts and budgets, and producing the design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring that designs meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation within the team.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with business development teams to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in electrical project engineering, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Certifications: Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and LEED credential required.
