Responsibilities- You will form relationships with residents, their families, and physicians to devise care plans that reflect critical thinking and a strategic perspective.
- Cooling down urgent resident needs promptly and responding with a sense of urgency.
- You will oversee physician orders and monitor medications to ensure seamless, quality care around the clock.
- Educating residents and their families on health matters pertinent to their care while serving as and sharing responsibilities of the Manager on Duty.
