• You will form relationships with residents, their families, and physicians to devise care plans that reflect critical thinking and a strategic perspective.
• Cooling down urgent resident needs promptly and responding with a sense of urgency.
• You will oversee physician orders and monitor medications to ensure seamless, quality care around the clock.
• Educating residents and their families on health matters pertinent to their care while serving as and sharing responsibilities of the Manager on Duty.

• Valid LPN license in good standing from Pennsylvania
• CPR certification available through the facility with covered costs
• Ability to perform physical tasks required in this position
• Preferred: minimum one year experience in assisted living or other healthcare setting
