Lead Our Team as a Clinic Director

Golden Bear Physical Therapy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to lead our team as a Clinic Director. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our outpatient orthopedic clinic, ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality care and that our team is equipped to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor our physical therapy team to ensure that they are providing the best possible care to our patients.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the clinic's budget and resources to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our patients and their families, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their care journey.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
