This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our Corrugator Department as a Sustainable Packaging Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily production of corrugated board, ensuring high-quality products are delivered to our customers while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct the Corrugator Department team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, product quality, and employee engagement.
Maintain open communication channels with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is running at optimal levels.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in production management, preferably in the paper or packaging industry.
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
