This role involves managing a large existing book of business, introducing new products and services, and working closely with senior sales representatives to achieve monthly retention and upsell goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree and have at least 3 years of experience in outside sales or account management, preferably in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and up-sell assigned and newly generated accounts on specialty products and analytical platforms.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Labcorp operations teams to address client needs.
  • Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base.
  • Ensure customer retention through superior customer service and timely issue resolution.
  • Upsell current book of business to increase organic growth.
  • Collaborate with senior sales representatives to grow book of business.
  • Continuously provide educational material to client base.
  • Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in outside sales or account management.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Proven success in managing a book of business.
  • Superior customer service skills with ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced market.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Compensation:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
