ROLE SUMMARY

HouseMaster, a leading provider of home inspection services, is seeking a skilled Residential Home Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our inspection team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough and accurate home inspections, identifying potential safety concerns, and providing detailed reports to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conduct home inspections to identify potential safety concerns and defects
Provide detailed reports to clients, highlighting key findings and recommendations
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality inspection services
Stay up-to-date on the latest building codes, laws, and government regulations
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of residential home systems and elements

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in construction, real estate, or home repair
Strong understanding of building codes, laws, and government regulations
Valid driver's license
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to study, test, and pass state-required licensing
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude

COMPENSATION

$36,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
