We are seeking a highly motivated IT Director to lead our network and cybersecurity efforts. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic IT roadmap that aligns with our organizational objectives.

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy that drives business growth and innovation.
2. Network and Infrastructure Management: Ensure the stability and security of our network infrastructure, including the implementation of best practices and industry standards.
3. Cybersecurity Compliance: Lead the implementation of NIST compliance and ensure that all IT systems and processes meet the required standards.
4. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals to achieve business results and drive innovation.
5. Vendor Management: Oversee the management of IT vendors and ensure that they meet our business needs.
6. Special Projects: Lead special IT projects and system integrations that improve access to information and decrease administrative costs across the organization.

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in MIS or IT-related field.
2. Experience: 10-15 years of related technical experience.
3. Skills: Proven experience in IT security, compliance, and network administration.
4. Certifications: CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications are a plus.
5. US Citizenship: US Citizenship is required, and the ability to obtain a Security Clearance is a must.
