Key Responsibilities- Provide Patient-Centered Care: As a Renal Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals requiring acute dialysis services.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: You will work closely with our multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer Medications and Treatments: You will be responsible for administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosing and timely delivery.
- Maintain Accurate Records: You will maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience
- Certifications: Current RN licensure, BLS certification, and Hemodialysis certification
- Experience: Minimum 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 6 months in acute dialysis settings
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
