About Us:

Phoenix Senior Living is a leading provider of senior care services, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences for our residents and their families.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced RN/LPN to join our team as a Director of Resident Care. This role is responsible for providing overall leadership and management of the health and well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinical programs to ensure high-quality resident care and outcomes
  • Collaborate with regional directors to develop and implement quality assurance and regulatory compliance initiatives
  • Train and onboard clinical and care coordinator team members
  • Partner with the Regional Director of Resident Care to provide Medication Care Manager training (in states where allowed)

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' department management experience working with elders or disabled individuals
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Multi-department experience strongly recommended
  • Knowledge and experience in Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
