We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate College Counselor to join our team at Lane College. As a key member of our Student Affairs department, you will provide confidential individual and group counseling services to students, helping them navigate academic and personal challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide diagnostic assessment and evaluation, individual mental health counseling, crisis intervention, consultation, and outreach programming and training.
  • Assist students in understanding and overcoming social, emotional, and developmental issues.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Counseling/Disability Support Services to identify reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities.
  • Facilitate programming to promote student development and success.
  • Participate in campus-wide outreach programming and education.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in counseling and/or disability support services environment.
