ERES Companies is looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Midland, TX.

Salary: $22-26/hr

About the Job

This role involves performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks, repairing electrical and plumbing systems, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

You will work closely with our Asset Services Supervisor to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing air filters, checking fluid levels, and inspecting equipment.
  • Repair electrical and plumbing issues such as faulty wiring, leaky pipes, and malfunctioning appliances.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential problems and prevent them from becoming major issues.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in facilities management maintenance, construction, or a related trade.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
