Cancer Care Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide navigation services to patients diagnosed with cancer, guiding them through the continuum of care
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care delivery
* Develop and implement patient-centered care plans that address physical, emotional, and social needs
* Educate patients and families about cancer diagnosis, treatment options, and supportive care services
* Facilitate timely access to quality health and psychosocial care throughout all phases of the cancer continuum
* Serve as a vital point of contact for patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required
* Current licensure in Arkansas as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in oncology or a related field preferred
* Experience in patient navigation or case management is a plus
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare providers
* Comfortable with public speaking
* Strong leadership skills including organization, problem solving, and multi-tasking
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
