Job Description

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be the liaison between our clients and their customers, scheduling appointments to meet face-to-face and discuss telecommunication services. Your primary focus is to enhance the customer experience and build customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers in selecting products and services that best suit their technology and communications goals
  • Help set up customer accounts and facilitate effective delivery and installation
  • Process upgrades, downgrades, and new product purchases
  • Travel to meet with clients and customers
Requirements
  • Associates degree or at least one year of experience in customer service or sales
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Competitive nature, including a sports or military background
  • Remarkable problem-solving skills
  • Attentive to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Motivated and eager to learn
Work Schedule

This full-time position requires some flexibility, including travel and potentially working some evenings and weekends.
