IT Infrastructure Manager

As a key member of the technology team at Farm Credit East, the Manager of IT Infrastructure will play a critical role in enhancing the technology infrastructure across all business units. This position requires a collaborative individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, identifying solutions to problems and meeting deadlines.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IT infrastructure needs, both from a software and hardware perspective, and be able to promote a partnership and value-added style relationship with Association staff and external strategic partners.

Key responsibilities will include defining, implementing, and managing digital workplace technologies, executing on IT strategies, and establishing and maintaining relationships with IT vendors and service providers.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience and a strong knowledge of Windows architecture, active directory, networking, and related security features within the M365 environment.

Additionally, the Manager of IT Infrastructure will be responsible for managing a team of IT Specialists and IT Associates, providing technical subject matter expertise, and contributing to a team atmosphere.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Business, or a related field, and 5+ years of IT management experience.

We offer hybrid work options after six months of employment and a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $100,000 to $135,000, commensurate with experience.
