Job Summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, designing and implementing treatment plans, and providing ongoing training and supervision to our team of Registered Behavior Technicians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Design and implement treatment plans that promote positive behavioral change and improve client outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement best practices in behavior analysis and support the growth and development of our team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavior analysis to ensure our clients receive the most effective care possible.
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
  • Hawai'i state license in behavior analysis prior to start date.
  • Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the use of technology.
  • Ability to work independently as well as on a team.
  • Interest in professional development and advancement.
