Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and empathetic Veterinarian to join our team as an In-Home Care Specialist. As a key member of our mobile practice, you will provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care for geriatric and terminally ill pets, guiding families in making end-of-life decisions and building meaningful relationships with local veterinary clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Provide in-home euthanasia and hospice care for pets, ensuring a peaceful and dignified experience for both the animal and their family.
- Guide families in making informed end-of-life decisions, offering emotional support and guidance throughout the process.
- Build and maintain relationships with local veterinary clinics, serving as an extension of their excellent care and providing a seamless transition for pet families.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring the highest level of service and support for our clients.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD/BVMS) degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 1 year of experience as a practicing veterinarian, with a strong focus on in-home care and end-of-life services.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
