Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and clean all equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and cleaning carts.
  • Supply Management: Manage and maintain a sufficient supply of cleaning materials and equipment.
  • Resident Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize resident rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and making beds.
  • Common Area Cleaning: Clean and sanitize common areas, including hallways, elevators, and public restrooms.
  • Special Projects: Participate in special cleaning projects, such as deep cleaning of resident rooms and common areas.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
