About the Opportunity
Fulfill a distinguished role as the Fleet Coordinator at The Professional Tree Care Company, where you will oversee mechanical repair work, maintenance, and overall efficiency of our fleet. This position is ideal for an individual with extensive knowledge in mechanical work, computer literacy, and excellent communication skills.

Reporting to the CEO, you will schedule and track maintenance and repairs using Tatems Fleet Maintenance software database for three regional locations. You will also manage a wide variety of projects, source parts as needed, supervise mechanics, and collaborate with peers to balance daily workloads across all three locations. Additionally, you will provide maintenance records to our Administrative Fleet Management Administrative Assistant, create reports using Tatems, and develop a strong working system to ensure reliable and accurate execution of projects.

This full-time position comes with a competitive salary of $66,500-$74,880 depending on relevant work experience and fit for the role. Benefits include paid vacation/PTO, six paid holidays, five paid sick leave days, access to a 401(k) account, employee referral program, gas card or reimbursement, and medical insurance contribution after 90 days of employment.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and have a strong work ethic. A valid California Driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Bonus points will be given to candidates with fleet experience, bilingual English/Spanish skills, Class-A/truck license, or certifications in First Aid, Safety Training, CPR, Safe Driver, or other work-related trainings.

The Professional Tree Care Company is committed to excellence in tree services throughout Northern California, known for excellent customer service and ability to remove enormous trees using large cranes and heavy equipment. We recycle material removed from job sites at our own Green Waste Recycle Yard, mill logs into boards, and create organic mulch from wood chips.
