Client Service Representative Per Diem

Under the direction of the Client Service Coordinator, the designated Operations Coordinator, and the Support Services Manager, Client Service Representatives perform a variety of support services to the laboratory. Depending on the area in which an individual is assigned for their shift, the responsibilities vary. The job duties are listed below for Client Service Representatives.
Responsibilities- Provide support services to the laboratory, including answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with administrative tasks.
- Work closely with the Client Service Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, and Support Services Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
- Perform a variety of tasks, including data entry, filing, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with other departments, including nursing, laboratory, and radiology, to ensure that services are provided in a timely and efficient manner.
- Requires intense attention and concentration. Ability to handle several processes concurrently. Ability to deal with a wide range of personalities. Basic computer skills.
- Medical terminology preferred. Accurate typing skills, Hospital or physician office experience helpful.
- High school diploma or GED preferred
