Female Soccer Coach

About the Job: Leadership Public Schools is seeking a highly qualified and experienced female soccer coach to lead our High School Girls JV Soccer team. As a member of our coaching staff, you will have the opportunity to inspire and develop the skills of our young athletes while promoting a culture of sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic excellence.
Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing a positive and supportive team environment that fosters the growth and development of our student-athletes. This includes developing and implementing effective training sessions, creating a safe and inclusive practice space, and communicating effectively with players, parents, and colleagues. Additionally, you will be required to maintain accurate records of player progress, participate in coaching clinics and workshops, and collaborate with other coaches and school administrators to ensure the success of our athletic program.
Requirements: To be considered for this position, applicants must possess a strong background in soccer coaching, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for working with high school students. A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and certification in NFHS and CPR are also required. Experience working with youth sports programs and knowledge of coaching fundamentals and development of coaching techniques are highly desirable.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
