Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Park Avenue Healthcare & Wellness Center. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greets visitors and patients, answers phone calls, and responds to emails in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manages the front desk, including handling mail, packages, and other correspondence.
  • Assists with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Provides excellent customer service, ensuring that all patients and visitors feel welcome and supported.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and visitors.
