Job Summary

We're seeking a registered OB Sonographer to provide diagnostic services to our MFM physician partners. As a key member of our team, you'll work a regular schedule (no weekends) and enjoy a positive work environment that prioritizes your wellbeing.

Responsibilities
  • Perform sonographic procedures, including high-risk OB and MFM sonography
  • Inspect and review patient charts, reports, lab results, and medical history
  • Create reports to assist physicians with documentation
  • Evaluate sonograms to identify or rule out patient/fetal anomalies
  • Communicate sonographic findings to physicians
  • Provide visual sonographic guidance for successful amniocentesis
  • Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain quality machines and imagery
  • Restock sonography rooms with required supplies
  • Cover a variety of clinical settings, including outreach clinics
  • Participate in continuing education and professional growth opportunities
Requirements
  • 1+ years of high-risk OB and/or MFM sonography experience
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) with an OB/GYN specialty
  • Knowledge of human anatomy and medical terminology related to OB/GYN
  • Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound
  • Compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Registered in Fetal Echocardiogram (FE)
  • Credentialed in Nuchal Translucency, Nasal Bone, and Cervical Length
  • Bachelor's degree in Sonography or related field
