**About The Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Equipment Construction Specialist to join our team at The Walsh Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate heavy equipment, such as bulldozers and excavators, to clear land, grade surfaces, and move materials.
  • Conduct daily safety inspections and maintain equipment in good working order.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

**Requirements:**

  • 3-5 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs, working in adverse weather conditions.
  • Strong understanding of operating procedures for loading and unloading materials.
