Job Title: Leasing Consultant

At Trinity Property Consultants, we are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents and prospects, while also driving revenue growth through effective leasing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service to residents and prospects
  • Assist in complete market surveys to stay up-to-date on market trends
  • Show, lease, and move-in prospective community members
  • Update unit availability daily to ensure accurate information
  • Process rental applications and maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Receive collections in accordance with Trinity's standards
  • Provide clerical and phone support to the team
  • Maintain all community member files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of all file documentation
  • Maintain a calendar of scheduled move-ins, ensuring all move-in appointments are completed and all apartments are inspected to ensure they meet Trinity's standards
  • Resolve resident complaints and direct pertinent issues to the Supervisor
  • Conduct community member move-out unit walks
  • Perform additional tasks or duties assigned by the Supervisor
Requirements:
  • High school education or equivalent required
  • Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functions
  • One year of experience in a service industry preferred
