Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical and emotional needs, developing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.

  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting informed decision-making and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and monitoring patients' responses.

Requirements
  • Current, valid RN license from the State of Wyoming and good standing with the Board of Nursing.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and ACLS certification, with PALS and NRP certifications as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
