Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Babysitter at the JCC Association. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare to children aged 6 months to 6 years old.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and engage children in a variety of activities, including games, crafts, storytelling, and playtime.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to JCC safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and program staff using the JCC's Client Relationship Management Software.
  • Create a positive and nurturing environment that fosters learning and social interaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized play area.

Requirements:

  • Experience caring for children between the ages of 6 months to 6 years old.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for working with children.
  • Patience, creativity, and resourcefulness.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
