Position Overview
Become an integral part of our facilities management team, where you will gain practical experience in maintenance, repair, and construction tasks. This role will allow you to acquire essential skills in various areas such as painting, plumbing repairs, and general facility upkeep. Collaborate with experienced maintenance personnel to ensure the Taggart Student Center remains in excellent condition.
Starting Pay: $11.00/hour Work Schedule: 20+ hours/week, Monday to SaturdayKey Responsibilities
Facility Repairs: Execute minor repairs including door, window, and drywall fixes to maintain the facility's quality. Basic Construction Tasks: Assist in fundamental construction activities such as framing, drywall installation, and light carpentry. Equipment Maintenance: Identify and troubleshoot issues with various tools and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Cleaning Duties: Uphold cleanliness in designated areas by performing light cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. Ability to follow instructions accurately. Comfortable using mobile devices and applications.Preferred Qualifications:

Salary Information
