Gas Production Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Gas Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our renewable gas client in Greenleaf, Wisconsin. This role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of RNG facilities, participating in the commissioning of new equipment and systems, and implementing process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of RNG facilities, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Participate in the commissioning of new equipment and systems, and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and control gas processing systems, including biogas upgrading, gas compression, and distribution.
- Ensure the optimal performance of all equipment, including regular inspection and preventive maintenance.
- Manage energy usage and optimize the facility's energy efficiency to minimize operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices.
- Manage a team of technicians and operational staff, providing guidance and support.
- Develop and manage the facility's operational budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Complete regular reports on facility performance, including production metrics, safety statistics, and compliance status.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in facility management or operations within the natural gas or renewable energy sector.
- Experience managing teams and coordinating complex operations.
- Knowledge of gas processing systems, facility management, and energy efficiency.
- Experience using a facility management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, environmental science, or a related field.
- Experience with RNG or biogas facilities.
- Certifications in gas operations, facility management, or safety (e.g., OSHA certification).
