Psychiatric Nurse

Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric RN to join our team. As a Psychiatric RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health conditions and substance use disorders.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing assessment, direct-support services, and primary health screening to individuals with mental health conditions and substance use disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide education and support to individuals, families, and caregivers on mental health conditions and substance use disorders.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or associate degree in nursing (ADN) with a valid NJ Registered Nurse license.
- Valid driver's license with no more than one moving violation within the past 12 months.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
