Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team as a Nursing Care Specialist. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, while also overseeing the delivery of nursing services and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, in collaboration with the Director of Wellness and RN.
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supervise and train caregivers on clinical procedures and protocols.
- Assist with the onboarding of new caregivers and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of care plans and policies.
Requirements
- Current and unencumbered LPN license.
- Strong computer skills and ability to interact with electronic devices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
