Plumbing Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plumbing Foreman to join our team at Lochridge-Priest Inc. As a Plumbing Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial buildings and industrial facilities.

• Supervise and coordinate the work of plumbing crew members, including journeymen, mechanics, and apprentices/helpers.
• Assemble, install, and repair plumbing and medgas systems according to project specifications and trade and building codes.
• Ensure safety, budget, job quality, and timely completion of each assigned project.
• Build strong relationships with field team members, general contractors, owners/customers, and vendors to lead a positive work environment.

• Licensed Journeyman.
• Five to seven years' experience in commercial plumbing.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.
• Excellent customer service skills with desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Ability to work independently in a timely manner, making sure job is done correctly the first time.

• Must have current valid TX Journeyman's license.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Valid social security number.
• Must be able to pass drug test(s) as required by company.

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights, work in small crawl spaces.
