Job Description:

ABA Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate ABA Specialist who is eager to make a difference in the lives of children with autism. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients, parents, and caregivers to develop and implement effective behavior plans.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism.
  • Conduct assessments and monitor behavior changes to ensure effective intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans.
  • Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients and their families.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • BCBA/BCaBA Certification
  • Master's or bachelor's degree in behavioral health or a related field
  • Relevant experience in behavioral therapy
  • Reliable transportation and proof of valid Illinois driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, co-workers, and community members
