**Salary Information**

The anticipated rate for this position is $21.00 per hour, depending on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for a monthly bonus, ensuring compensation that reflects individual performance.

**Job Description**

This full-time Supervisor role involves leading a high-performing team, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized store environment. Team members are expected to cross-train in all areas of store operations, including stocking/sales associate duties and responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Ensure professional customer service
• Maintain store safety and organization
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Serve as Leader on Duty as scheduled

**Requirements & Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, candidates must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Hold 1 year of experience in a retail leadership position
• Be able to communicate effectively with customers and associates
• Meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing/moving throughout shifts
