Patient Care Specialist

Presbyterian Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Oncology team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care to patients with various types of cancer, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document individual patient needs, actions taken, and patient responses.
- Administer chemotherapy medication and other oncology treatments as prescribed by physician or standard protocols.
- Collaborate with the patient/family and healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
- Provide supportive care and education to patients and their families, including referrals and bereavement counseling.
- Required qualifications include a registered nurse license, associate degree in nursing or higher, and BLS certification at time of hire.
