Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role (or be willing to obtain).
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or be willing to obtain).
  • Basic proficiency with computer use, lifting up to 40 pounds, and ability to work indoors or outdoors.
