Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our team at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical imaging department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in procedures, treatments, and quality improvement initiatives in the medical imaging department.
  • Operate CT scanners and other medical equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Position patients and adjust equipment controls to obtain optimal views of specified body areas.
  • Monitor equipment for mechanical safety and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide safe environments for the administration of contrast material and ensure radiation protection techniques are followed.
  • Transport patients to and from their rooms and the ER as needed.
Requirements
  • Current ARRT certification and licensure with the Texas Medical Board.
  • Graduate of an accredited program for Technologists (ARRT).
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a hospital imaging department, with one (1) year of experience in CT preferred.
