Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Appliance Delivery and Installation Associate to join our In-House Delivery & Installation Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and installing appliances, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and install appliances, including gas and electric household appliances, such as washers, dryers, ranges, and refrigerators.
  • Ensure installed appliances are damage-free, accurately installed according to manufacturer's specifications, and fully functioning.
  • Interact expertly and courteously with builders, designers, and on-site customers, providing a high level of customer service.
  • Attend company-paid installation training seminars and certifications to stay up-to-date on all product changes.
  • Perform driver duties and responsibilities, including pre-employment drug and background screening.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience with Appliance Delivery and Installation Service is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pound objects with the use of lifting equipment, such as stair climber, oven lifts, and/or air sled.
  • Valid state-issued license is required.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possession of a DOT Medical Card or the ability to acquire a DOT Medical Card.
  • Mechanical skills and willingness to learn, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
