About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary care team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality psychotherapy services to patients in our integrated Behavioral Health outpatient clinic.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a medical system. You will have a strong understanding of diagnostics and assessment, as well as experience in various treatment modalities. Additionally, you will be passionate about community health and motivated to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide psychotherapy services to patients in our outpatient clinic
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
Requirements
  • Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) required
  • Master's of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program required
  • 3+ years post-licensure experience preferred
  • Experience working in an outpatient setting, within a multidisciplinary team
  • Experience working with adults, and/or children and adolescents
