Job Description: Tree Climber and Trimmer

We are seeking experienced and motivated Tree Climbers and Trimmers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient trimming, pruning, and removal of trees, ensuring the health and safety of our clients' properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform tree trimming and pruning operations using a variety of tools and equipment, including ladders, climbing lines, and powered trimmers.
  • Felling trees safely and efficiently, ensuring minimal damage to surrounding property.
  • Operate wood chippers and other equipment to process tree debris.
  • Inspect and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in safe working order.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 12 months experience working on tree trimming or clearing crews.
  • Knowledge of tree identification, growth habits, and proper arboricultural techniques.
  • Ability to work safely at heights and in challenging environments.
  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
